Loyalty program

Registration is completed by filling out the personal account registration form.

By registering a personal account, the user agrees to participate in the loyalty program. The loyalty program is available only to registered users.

The loyalty program is cumulative.

The program has no expiration date.

The Mono Flowers online store reserves the right to change the terms of the program or suspend it unilaterally, with prior notice published in the relevant section of the website at least 10 calendar days in advance. The cumulative discount does not apply to promotional items or items included in the weekly promotion “Bouquet of the Week.”

The discount level depends on the total accumulated amount:
5% — from 15,000 to 49,999 €
7% — from 50,000 to 74,999 €
10% — from 75,000 to 99,999 €
15% — from 100,000 €

All purchased items, including discounted items, are counted toward the cumulative total.
The cumulative discount does not apply to delivery fees.
