Delivery
- Delivery is available every day between 09:00 a.m and 10:00 p.m, within the time window you choose. Mono Flowers provides three delivery slot options: a four-hour window, a one-hour window, or delivery at an exact specified time. A delivery window indicates how precise the delivery will be — it defines the timeframe during which your order will arrive.
- The courier waits at the delivery location for up to 15 minutes. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier is allowed to hand the bouquet to someone else at the specified address — such as another resident, a neighbor, or an office staff member. If no one is present who can accept the order on the recipient’s behalf, the courier will return it to the company’s office.
- Due to heavy traffic conditions, the delivery time may be adjusted. We appreciate your understanding!
